How can I deactivate the verification link when I signed an rental agreement with a new tenant?
You can see and manage activity status of your properties on dashboard at your personal landlord account. Once you have signed a rental agreement with a new tenant, deactivate the verification link for this property.
Even if you forget to delete your rental ad on some 3rd-party services, the link will not be active, and you will not be charged.
Do other landlords or tenants have access to my information?
For sprove, financial data protection is priority №1. That's why we provide only the result of the tenant's verification to the landlord: whether a potential tenant fits the criteria for a rental ad or not. We don't share any piece of financial sensitive information.

When is a charge incurred?
Payment is charged at the end of each month. You receive an invoice: by email or you can download it in your personal account. You have 14 days to pay.
Can you guarantee that the verified tenant will be solvent in a year?
Oh, how we would like to be able to predict the future and ensure that neither the tenants nor the landlords will change the situation in a year =) Unfortunately, we don't have such a superpower.
But we guarantee that we verify the relevant and up-to-date tenants' data (not last year, as in the credit report). You can also send a verification link to your tenant again in a year to make sure that the tenant is still solvent. You can choose how often to check your tenants.
